Currently, I operate out of Norcal Gold’s Gyms. If you are not a member or go to a different gym, virtual training or in home training will work better for you!

What is your personal training style?
In the last 5 years I have prioritized Lo Method training. I combine consistent, intentional, strength, low intensity, & cardio training sessions to accentuate and sculpt.
HIIT workouts just never worked for me personally. I understand now how high-intensity workouts such as HIIT can cause hormone imbalances in women, resulting in stress, inflammation, lingering muscle soreness, or bloating for some people such as myself. Which is why I use low intensity training.
Working out is a means to de-stress and feel all the good feelings not the other way around. (Exercise releases natural dopamine and serotonin!)
By following a lo intensity approach to exercise I’ve avoided the negative effects of stress, overtraining, and burnout. My approach has allowed me to build muscle, sculpt and improve my heart health.
