Strength Coach for Women | Mind & Body Performance
Hello! My name is Jennah. I am a certified personal trainer. I have been in the fitness space for about 6 years. I have been personal training for 2-3 years. I work with both men and women with expertise in women’s fitness and wellness.
I coach women to embrace challenge, train with intention, and build lasting strength- physically and mentally.
I believe women should exercise to feel good in their bodies, no matter what their goals are. I have expertise in weight loss, body recomposition, strength training, low intensity exercise and injury prevention.
As a woman myself that has gone to commercial gyms, private gyms, franchises, etc. I understand how being in the fitness space as a woman can be. Intimidating, overwhelming, not always accommodating, and possibly a little scary. I like to use my skills and experience to teach women it is okay to take up space. And also, how to take up that space correctly! Whether that's at home, the gym or virtually!
Alongside physical strength I believe strength starts from within. Personally, exercise has had such a positive impact on my mental health. Teaching me resilience and perseverance even on days that are extra hard. I am here to help build you up and provide support. I will be your right-hand woman!
I offer nutritional guidance, personalized workout plans, 1:1 training sessions at the gym, virtually or in the comfort of your own home.
